Fiesta Mexicana

Let me amend that previous post by saying this: "Salsa options are limited." I say this because I have a big bag of chips (several big bags in fact, but that's another story), but I don't have any salsa and, as I said, salsa options are limited. On the one hand, I have tomatoes and onions and I could make some. One the other, I could go to the store. On the third hand (and yes, I have three hands, it's how I type so fast, which you would know if you were here with me while I was typing right now [with three hands]). Anyway, salsa. On the third hand there is a tub in the trash of slightly fermented salsa.

I will not eat this salsa. I just wanted to put that out there to freak you out.

I just remembered that I have a jar of salsa verde in the fridge. Chill out, it's going to be OK.
